What We Love: Honeybunch Boutique

 What We Love: Honeybunch Boutique

Hey loves, we are back!! Our little miss is 2 weeks and 5 days old! We are already almost 3 weeks over here people?! How does that happen? We are soaking up every minute of her, she is so delicious and soft and just the sweetest little birdie girl.  I cant wait to do a labor and delivery story and share our first few weeks with her with you all soon.

Today i wanted to share these beautiful swaddle blankies by Honeybunch Boutique because we have been living in them! im a sucker for a good swaddle, and a pretty one at that! i love to match them to whatever shes wearing that day and they make for a nice photo backdrop too if youre into capturing and logging every little moment of their lives like me, haha (;  But really, i collect swaddle blankies and am always on the hunt for a new one thats different, soft, feminine, and not what you typically find in the stores.

This floral is almost all sold out, but she hand makes these adorable woven muslin pompom swaddles with different colors of poms! You need one! They're so dainty and cute, and the poms are super soft!  We picked out the white and peach combo and it pretty much goes with anything girly!

^^^ill be sharing about these adorable bows next^^^

Hey loves, I cannot believe we are quickly approaching 39 weeks pregnant this week! AH! This lady will be here any day, and she is giving mama tons of action that the day is soon. I will try to post a pregnancy update tomorrow to share! For now I wanted to share more on this great shop that carries a maternity and non maternity line! PinkBlush maternity has tons of cute maternity dresses, shirts, & skirts to choose from. They even carry nursing friendly attire that has its own section to make it easy for us mamas that dont know what to wear those first few months when you feel like you're nursing all day long. I shared the above coral maternity dress  that i wore to my sisters baby shower sprinkle yesterday on my instagram. It was the perfect spring dress thats comfty and highlights the bump with such a cute pop of color.  See more below!

^^^I paired this maternity maxi dress with turquoise/gold jewelry which i think goes nicely with the peach^^^

^^^I fell in love with this crochet pocket and for some reason i just love wearing a long sleeve tight shirt with a baby bump, i think its one of the cutest styles paired with ripped skinny jeans or in this case, some charcoal gray leggings for comfort in my last couple weeks of pregnancy. I love the length of this shirt, no pregnancy bellies exposed here. lol.  Shop pinkblush maternity tops here for more bump friendly apparel.^^^

^^^38.5 weeks pregnant. Soaking up every bit of this bump as I can these last few days^^^

^^^ I love love this gray casual t-shirt maxi dress. You can wear it before, during and after pregnancy. Its the perfect maternity maxi dress because you can dress it up or down, its comfortable and its stylish. It hugs all the right places.  I paired it with a maroon beanie for some casual style and a gold bangle and my loves intials David Yerman necklace. What We Love: Dr Brown's Baby Products

What We Love: Dr Brown's Baby Products

Hey lovelies, I will be updating you in the next day or so on another pregnancy update now that we are near the end and im over 38 weeks pregnant.  For now I wanted to share with you all about Dr Brown's baby products! I was approached by Dr Brown's to try a few of their items out, as best as I can before our little girl is here, and I was instantly excited to jump on it! We used a few of their bottles with our son and he did great with them.  We tried their Wide neck bottle which is easier to fill and hold and the silicone nipple is also broader based which some babies prefer, i also have the standard Dr Browns bottles in their new pink color for baby girl to try! We were so intrigued by their Deluxe bottle warmer and Deluxe electric bottle sterilizer and how quickly and easily they clean and heat the bottle, we had to try both of those!  Head over to the Dr Brown's website and watch their short video clip on how each work, i promise you'll want to invest in one of these bad boys if you're a working mom like me and need your sitter to be able to have clean bottles readily available as well as get the bottle to the correct temperature for the baby without having to run it under hot sink water or boil a pot of water to heat it.  I love that their breastmilk storage bags hold 6 oz measured right there for you so your husbands or babysitters can easily figure out how much they're feeding the baby. Lastly, I had to try the Gia nursing pillow, this pillow is uniquely shaped so that one end works well for newborns (thick end) and the thin end is best for older babies, it has a broader surface than most nursing pillows which is great because then the baby is well-supported and more comfortable.

^^^This is the easiest way to warm a bottle ive ever seen! The Deluxe Bottle Warmer can heat a bottle or a babys food! Its an easy to use LCD control panel and it can adjust the basket to fit different sized bottles. It shuts off on its own after 10 minutes too, so its safe for us tired mamas!

^^^This is the Deluxe Electric Sterilizer:  It Safely steam sterilizes 6 BOTTLES in 12 MINUTES! Its literally a 1 button operation and has auto shut off when the cycle is complete. ^^^^

^^^It has compartments for not just the bottle base but the nipples and pieces that go inside.^^^

^^^Gia nursing pillow with the cover "Beckie"

To all of my mommy followers, i know how important it is to find a good bottle that you're baby will take! I would recommend trying these 100%!

What We Wear: Sonnet James + A Trip To The Aquarium

What We Wear: Sonnet James + A Trip To The Aquarium

I have been dying to share this play dress with you all for all of my mamas out there or ladies that just like to have a good time and look pretty but still want to have fun and have the flexibility of not worrying about what you're wearing.  This play dress by Sonnet James is one of my favorite play date outfits right now. I could literally sleep in this dress its so comfortable.. and thats saying a lot for a pregnant women 4 weeks away from her due date? ha!

Heres a little inside scoop on Sonnet James: "Whitney believes passionately in being a playful and involved mother. She also believes that with the right dress you can look great without letting your clothes get in the way of the next big adventure! Sonnet James was born out of the idea that beautiful clothing should work for moms—durable, comfortable, and beautiful, yet easy to care for. So, enjoy your Sonnet James dress at the park, the museum, and the city".

... or in my case, at the aquarium. (:

This dress in particular is called the "Reese Dress" in white (although i love the grey and navy too), its my favorite! I also love their "Piper Dress" and "Remi Dress".  They're not maternity but they certainly work for us prego mums. Im in a size Small and couldve easily squeezed this bulging belly into a extra small and had plenty of space to spare.  You'll be seeing me in this dress all summer long, especially when im concealing my after baby belly hah.  You must must must stop by their website to check out what Whitney has created.  I think i need to order 5 more for when im running after two little ones in the near future.

We had such a great Mother's Day spending it together as a family at the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. I loved watching my little guy take over the tanks one by one with the widest eyes and touching every part of the glass he could get his little fingers on. I live for these days.. the days i get to spend with all of my family members (almost four of us now!) and watch them smile, make memories, and play with so much love and joy in their hearts.  The weekends are my favorite, and anything we are doing together is fun as long as we are together.  As cheesey as that sounds, aint it the truth?!

I hope you ladies had a fabulous Mother's Day, and thank you to Sonnet James for making my so sweet with this beautiful play dress. (:
